Spondon Frame Refurb and a Shiny New GIA Swinging Arm

The customer came to us with a Spondon Frame to repair and refurbish he also wanted a bespoke GIA Underbraced tubular swingingarm with drag adjusters made to fit the motorcycle frame.

The Streetfighter is still work in progress but here is the specification to date:

• 1216 blueprinted Bandit GSXR hybrid engine / flowed head / MTC lock up clutch / heavy duty valve springs with titanium retainers / billet cam chain adjuster / ..fitting busa pistons when he gets hold of a set.
• GSXR 1000 throttle bodies with Honda in tank pump, weber FPR' Microsquirt ECU, GM sensors,Tech Edge wideband controller.
• Mitsubushi turbo on home made stainless manifold.
• Bandit front wheel TL 1000 back (de-seamed)
• Aluminium fuel tank GSXR 1000 seat unit Maxton GSXR1100 forks with KAD calipers.

Ducati Suzuki Hybrid the 'DUZI'

The customer wanted to transplant his Suzuki TL1000 motor into his Ducati 916 in order to create a Ducati with a reliable engine!

Marzocchi RAC 50 front forks, DYMAG wheels, Racefit one off exhaust system and bodywork sourced from Ebay... Voila!
