Big Tube Shiny Underbraced Swinging Arm for a Sponnie

The customer came to us with a Spondon Frame to repair and refurbish he also wanted a bespoke GIA Underbraced tubular swingingarm with drag adjusters made to fit the motorcycle frame.

The Streetfighter is still work in progress but here is the specification to date:

1216 blueprinted Bandit GSXR hybrid engine / flowed head / MTC lock up clutch / heavy duty valve springs with titanium retainers / billet cam chain adjuster / ..fitting busa pistons when he gets hold of a set.
GSXR 1000 throttle bodies with Honda in tank pump, weber FPR' Microsquirt ECU, GM sensors,Tech Edge wideband controller.
Mitsubushi turbo on home made stainless manifold.
Bandit front wheel TL 1000 back (de-seamed)
Aluminium fuel tank GSXR 1000 seat unit Maxton GSXR1100 forks with KAD calipers.

7020 T6 Big Tube Aluminium Single Sided Swingarm for Suzuki K2 Motorcycle

Mickey at Biketec approached us to make the single sided swingarm for his Black Suzuki K2 1000 show Motorcycle.

The GIA Single sided arm is cleverly bent from 1 3/4" OD Aluminium tube with no joins - she's all curves! Polished to a mirror shine, this baby will have any grown biker drooling! The Swingarm was built to fit Mickey's supplied Triumph Wheel and Suzuki Suspension Unit.
